Dear Sir/madam,

I am getting this program error 19 when i am doing the bank reconciliation. I searched the forum for similar issues i found someone had the same issue before. they were advised to download PDF driver update from the sage website. i did the same as well, it worked for once, then the error 19 comes again.

my sage version is V.12.

Please help me as soon as possible, as i am doing the year end accounts.

Did you do anything after the update eg update payroll?

If so you need to reapply the update, there is also an update for payroll.

I haven't updated the instant payroll, the version i have got is 11.07.61. please let me know if there is any updates for the version i have. i couldn't find anything in the sage updates section.

Backup your data reports etc.

Uninstall Sage
Delete anything left in the installation and data directories
Reinstall
Apply all patches
Restore Data

I have lost my cd when i moved house recently, so i can't re install sage. is there another way i can sort this problem out? i have got acrobat version 7 on my laptop. do you think installing the version 8.1.1 acrobat will help me???

Contact sage on 0845 111 5555
give them your serial number and they will send you a replacement CD.


(the PDF driver is what creates PDFs, Acrobat reader is just one program that can read PDF's and is nothing to do with the driver that creates the PDF)
