I have the above which I purchased when I owned another company My software appears to be lossing invoices even when posted something that myself and my book keeper has never seen before even the audit trail and the maintaince do not show any problems.

Know I know that my version is very old so i am prepared to upgrade if neccesary. Although i only need to functionality of instant accountant plus

Buy a new copy of Instant accounts plus, much cheaper than line 50 proper.
