Is there any reason why V9 stand alone (non cloud) sage line 50 cannot be used and if so can anyone advise if it is OK on Win10 or windows 11. Would it have to be on compatibility mode etc.
The sage cloud story on subscription is a bit of a rip-off in my opinion. I have paid thousands over the years going through the upgrade path and having paid good money over the past 20 years (prior to V12) for the upgrades I feel a bit cheated.

V9 does run, but things like the bank module fail to render so it is not useable.

V9 was released in 2002 so it is not surprising.

If you have more recent versions, which from what you say you do have, I would use one of those.
