Access Rights
One of my clients is running Sage Accounts Professional v23. I found recently that the bank window when I logon does not have a reconcile button. However when the admin/manager logs on, he does have a reconcile button.
See the screenshot The bottom user name is the manager and mine is the third one. However when the manager is signed in and my logon name is selected the edit button is greyed out. There is no one else who has full access. I suspect this is why I don't have bank rec access. Is there any way to fix this?
Thank you.

Thank you.
But as I mentioned, when the manager is signed in and my logon name is selected the edit button is greyed out.
That's the second screenshot.

Re: Access Rights
You are not logged in as MANAGER.
When you use the MANAGER account everything is unlocked.
