Hi

Wondering if anyone knows the field names for the Budget amounts.

Its going to be helpful, say on the report Cost Code Summary that totals the cost codes and will also shows the budget figure to see if over budget for a particular cost code.

Its the ' Projects ' module if that's what you mean of project costing

These are the fields...

The table you need is called PROJECT_BUDGET

It has 3 main fields, the Project ID, Cost Code ID, Budget Amount

From your advice I need to add another table to the report ( report / joins) to be able to get the fields.

Every time I try that in the past never seem to be successful..lol

Anyways I tried adding and would you believe it I get the below error which I cant understand.

I am initially editing the Cost Code Summary per Project report.

What join where you adding?

The one you mentioned PROJECT_BUDGET its the one to the right of the error message in the previous post.

Using Sage 28.1.404.0

What field are you joining to which

I dont get to join any fields, as soon as I drag in the budget table the error appears.

Im just using the default Cost Code Summary, joins, drag the project_budget table and error pops up.

What happens if you try the same in your sage...lol

p.s just tried it on another sage ( 28.1 ) at another location and same error.

I see the issue, just hit continue and it works.
