Confirm Delivery Cancel

By accidently I confirm the delivery for goods which we didn't receive. so there any way to cancel it?

No.

To fix it...

Order
=====
memorise the order
delete the order,
recall it and recreate it changing the order number (assuming you have not got the lock applied)

Stock
=====
adjust the stock to put back the items

You are now ready to receive the order again.
