Version 7 Sage Line 50 Upgrade

One of my customers wishes to upgrade from line 50 V7 to version 13. Can anyone help me with the best method of converting the data as sage states that V13 will not convert data before V8. I refuse to pay 600+ pounds for the answer to one question I hope you can help.
