Hello All,

I am after some help. We currently run SAGE 2010 on a multi user licence. On one machine the reports button doesn't work whether it be Customers, Suppliers or Bank if you click the report button the button depresses then nothing happens. It doesn't put any widows behind the main screen, its as though the link to the button is not working

I have searched online for an answer but found nothing really helpful, one suggestion was to try and repair the install. So went to add/remove programs clicked modify. Clicked yes to allow alterations to be made then a little box outline appeared for a second then disappeared and then nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the reports working again.

This is an installation issue.

You need to do a "CLEAN" reinstall this involve deleting loads of remnants left by sage after uninstalling and before reinstalling.
