I have Sage 50 and would like to export the key figures from the balance sheet and P&L on a monthly basis into a spreadsheet so that I can analyse the key ratios. Is there an easy way of doing this

You could use ODBC to pull balances into Excel, however it is typically only a few numbers so not sure it is worth it.
