Help please, I've just upgraded to a new computer running windows vista and cannot restore data backed up from my old pc that has window XP os.
I am using sage line 50 version 9.00.0025. I've installed the program on my new computer started a new company and transfered the backup from my old pc. When I try to restore the backup it gets about half way through and I get a message saying; Error creating file C:\Program Files\Sage\Accounts\Common.JS. If I start a new company and enter randon data I can backup and restore this on my new pc with no problems. Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

What makes you think Version 9 of Line 50 would work with vista?
