Difference between QTY_ON_ORDER and QTY_REORDER

Post by mmrizvi » 22 Jul 2018, 01:35

Hi,

I am quite new to Sage, so it might be really trivial question but I am unable to find definitions of few fields e.g. what is the difference between STOCK.QTY_ON_ORDER and STOCK.QTY_REORDER?

Thanks in advance

Cheers,
Mustafa

The QTY_ON_ORDER is the number of items that are outstanding on purchase orders right now.

The QTY_REORDER is the number that we should re-order when our stock level goes below the threshold set.
