Running from 2 locations

Hey folks we are using v24 sage 50.. We have managed to get everythng setup how we need except for the following.

Our company runs from 2 set locations. Is there an easy way to set that so we can see where the orderd come from weather it be location 1 or location 2.

We did think about creating a department and then assigning the users for location 2 to that department. But we cannot find the option to assign a user to a department.

Is there a better way of doing this? All help greatly appreciated.

I suggest using the UserName.

Prefix the Site 1 usernames with 1 and the Site2 with 2

You can then identify which site took the orders by the "Taken By" name on the order.
