Hi.

Sorry I don't have the Sage version number with me at the moment but I have just purchased it in the last few weeks if that helps at all..

My problem is I have Sage installed on a main machine and via a shared directory it is installed on my 2 counter machines. I have just entered the telephone details of my company via company prefereces. The problem is that when I print out a sales invoice for a customer no telephone details are printed out on the invoice, just my companmy name and address.

Can anyone out there help me !!!!

I can provide more detailed info on the sage version if needed

You need to add the fields for phone numbers onto the invoice layout using the report designer.
