Hi - I have bought a second hand PC running Win 7 ( 64 bit) to replace an old(er) PC on Win 7 ( 32 bit) - when I have installed Sage 50 it has done the service pack update but my version is 19.01.11.289 and the 64 bit PC is version 19.1.11.285 and it won't load the data as the data is a newer version. We have 2 PC's on a simple network with a license for 2 users. Any ideas on why it won't update further than 285? it is because its a 64 bit machine ??

I assume your new pc is on version 19.01.11.285 in which case you need to install the optional SagePay and PPD updates.
