Sage 50 Accounts 2017 + Crystal Reports 2016

Hello,

When I use the standard report creation wizard on crystal reports and select all of the sales ledger table and click finish to return the data. I always get a message that says 'Crystal Reports has stopped working' A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Debug or close program. '

There is nothing specific about this and so I'm finding it hard to troubleshoot, does anyone have previous experience with this message and/or have any idea how to correct it?

If you are using Crystal reports rather than the Sage report generator, then you need to address the question to Crystal.

It is possible that one field is being misinterpreted by crystal reports. Try narrowing down the problem, by reducing your selection.
