Starting Again

Sage have changed my registration over to my new company name but I want to start my accounts from scratch for the new company.
Need to delete all current data and start again. Not sure how I do this - can anyone help please ?

File>Maintenance>Rebuild

You can choose what to wipe, so you might retain the customer and supplier accounts along with the nominal ledger.
