You need to buy Sage Professional if you want to learn everything including the pro features such as Sales Order Processing, multi currency etc.
A single user single company Licence is £1262.00 + VAT
You could also purchase a pro subscription at £75.00 + VAT per month.
There are other lesser products that have fewer features, you could start with essentials subscription at £15 + VAT per month and work your way up through the product range as you need to learn more advanced features.
To be perfectly honest, the main thing you need is an understanding of accounting and the business processes that any accounting system would follow, this is more useful than being proficient in the most popular accounting package.
