Advice on Recording Repair Work

Hi, advice please on a suitable way of recording goods we have collected from customers for repair.

I want to be able to show when we collected, what we found, what we needed to do and when we returned it, all showing costs where applicable.

Any ideas of a suitable way of recording all of this?

You need to look for a dedicated product for Field Service Repair to achieve a good fit.

Otherwise you would need to treat each job as a project in Sage 50 pro, this would cover the financails, but you would need to create the paper trail of in and out
