Sage 50 Reports Designer crashes on startup!

Hi all,
We have a two Pc setup both running Win 7 and Sage 50 v18 2012. One has the database - PC1.
The other PC - PC2 - has suddenly started crashing whenever we try and print from Sage, and as it turns out, even start SRD.
The PC1 is completely fine.
We have customised layouts but I've tried it with default Sage layouts too, same result.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Sage plus updates to 6 on PC2 and upgraded SRD to 1.3.2011.30, no effect.
I am currently getting all the Windows updates installed but I can't see any patches that coincided with the problem.
My next step is to upgrade PC1 to SRD 1.3.2011.30 as it currently runs 25, but I am loathe to do this as it works!!
Any other suggestions or experiences that may help me find the issue?
