Creating NatWest Bulk Lists in Sage 50

Hi, We are using Version Number 22.1.10.394 SBD Desktop Version 12.1.586.0 on Windows 7

Does anybody know how to create a bulk list for importing into NatWest Bankline so i don't have to sit on Bankline typing in 1000s of details.

Any help will be much appreciated
