Is there a report we can run that will tell us the last ship date against a part number
We are doing year end stock valuation & would aim to write off stock that has not moved over a period of time

You can use the search (filter) function to limit your view of products

Where Last Sales Date Is Less Than 01/01/2015

To find all the products not sold since 01/01/2015

You can then use almost any report to list them out. One of the details reports may be good
or
File>Office Integration>Contents to Excel
to make a spreadsheet of them

Better still you could use the inverse search filter...

Where Last Sales Date Is Greater Than or equal to 01/01/2015

And then run the valuation report and it will ignore all old items.

A word of warning... If you have new stock items that have not yet started shipping, they may appear to be obsolete by these criteria.
