Sage Accounts Issue - Cannot print reports

Hi All,
First of all, i'm totally new to Sage. I don't deal with it often, i'm doing a project just now and i am struggling with getting Sage to work.
We had Sage accounts (i think it's line 50). We had someone install this on a new Laptop as the old one wasn't good specification. The new Laptop, has Sage installed and they can navigate through different parts of the Software fine.
The issue is that when they go into Invoices and try and preview a report they get 2 error messages that pop up.
The first is:
"Unable to connect to Data Source.
Check Configuration."
The second is:
"Failed to create SG50Launcher::Context"
Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening or if someone can point me in the right place?
