Dear Experts,

I am new to this forum and know very little about Sage. I have problem with Sage 50 account. which user trying to access to sage 50 account they are getiing following error.

Sage 50 Accounts Cannot write to the directory.

\\server\SFW\ACCDATA.

please update the permission and restart.

But user has full permission and I have checked the permission as well all are correct.

Please help to fix this problem.

as the user open notepad and type randonm text and then save it to \\server\SFW\ACCDATA as test.txt

Thanks for replay. I have same as you mention but no luck. please advice how to fix this error and bring sage 50 accounts working.
