Quick search function

New user to Sage 50, one of the users can not use the Quick search function? is there anything in settings?
If you log on as that user on your Machine and cannot access it then, it is probably an access rights issue.
If you log on as yourself on their machine and it does not work then it is an installation issue.
Change access rights to fix access rights issues and reinstall to fix installation issues.
