Hi

Wondering if anyone can help. I am using Sage 50 Accounts and have just updated to Windows 10. However, all of a sudden, Sage cannot find the network path.

All the other computers in the building which are all still using Windows 7 are having no issues and finding the network path no problem.

But suddenly I'm having an error accessing the .000 file.

Any idea what the problem is? Thanks

If you open the "company" file with notepad you should be able to reset it to the correct path.

Would it be that you had a mapped drive and that has been deleted/lost in the upgrade to win 10?

I reverted it back to Windows 7, as there were several other programmes that were not running as they should, and it is all back to normal now.
