SBDDesktop.exe stops working and program closes

Whenever I try and Print a report, the report does print, but when I close the template box I get a pop up 'SBDDesktop.exe has stopped working'
It looks for a solution for 10 seconds or so, then closes the program
I am using Sage 50 2012 v18

I would do a clean reinstall as outlined here.
