Lost MANAGER Password

We bought a company as a going concern running on Sage 50 2013. Unfortunately, a long-lost former employee password-protected the MANAGER username. How can we delete this password?

You can't unless you go to sage, prove who you are and pay them to do it.
If you want me to, I can remove it for £30 ...

Yes even if you don't have Sage Cover this service is now free of charge.
