Problem with Emailing

Hi

I think this is more of an Outlook problem, but seems to have started happening since I began exporting invoices, statements etc. into Outlook ready to be emailed to customers.

It appears that all of a sudden any of my emails that contain an attachment are going straight into my customers' junk emails; where this had not previously been the case.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to get around this?

In all probability it is probably unrelated if all emails with attachments are impacted.

It could be that your ip is on a relay blacklist following a virus sending spam or something of that nature.

These clear up pretty quickly after the issue is resolved.
