Line 50 Printing Issue

I am running line 50 Financial Controller not a new version - recently it has started to fall over on printing - when printing the progress symbol stays on screen and the program freezes you have then to close the program it has been fine for years on same computer etc

What version of Sage 50 do you have?

Describe the "progress symbol" you see when printing.
