Setting up and emailing Invoices

For some reason the powers that be in Sage have decided to us Sage 50 as a name for lots of different accounting systems and this has led to a lot of confusion.

The UK version is sold in UK Eire, Malta, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

It does get used in other parts of the world (eg China France) but it is not actively marketed.

This forum is for questions relating to the non UK versions.

Hi there, Thanx for having me.

I have a customer who has SAGE 50 2013 Pro Canadian Edition and I am unable to email invoices.

I have Windows 7 Pro and Outlook 2007 x32. When I hit email invoice it brings up the customer's info and all that and I hit send but it never goes to outbox or sent items in Outlook, yes I have Outlook open, so I am confused. Can someone please shed some light?
