I have tried to open sage and all it comes up with is username in use i have tried starting and restarting but it still comes up with this message,Will it help to reinstall the cd.
Please help someone (i have seen that this problem has already been posted but the solution did not work) :cry:

The guaranteed solution is to delete the queue.dta file for the dataset.

I suspect that if you tried this and it didn't work, then it is because you deleted one in a different data set.
