HSBC Bank Plug in not appearing

System - Windows 7 64bit

Hi,

New to the forums, and looking for some HELP!!!

I've recently got a new computer! Yay!... Sage is installed, and the latest updates have been run.

I've downloaded the HSBC E-Banking plugin, and installed it, but the icon is not appearing on the banking section.

I'm fairly inexperienced with Sage, and am not sure why it's not working... My colleague who is much more profficient with Sage than me is also baffled. The plug in has been working perfectly fine on his machine for ages and we can't see what is different in any settings..


Any ideas would be much apprecited!

Just to let you all know...

I've updated to Windows 10, Uninstalled Sage & Plugin (Removed all registry traces) and re-installed.

Everything now works!

My Windows 7 must have been causing issue with the plugin!

Thanks for looking anyway!
