Outlook 2016 + Transactional Email

Trying to setup transactional email which broke after installation of officer 2016. Sage TE cannot find outlook installed on the pc, much less a profile.
Any ideas?

Sage V2014 does not support Office 2016.
You need to upgrade to Sage V2016, (and you need to use the 32 version of Office 2016) there are some great upgrade deals at the moment, and depending on your support requirements some are more appropriate than others if you would like to talk to me about the options give me a ring on 03333 445950 I can always offer a better deal than Sage Direct Sales.
