Sage Drive Again

Hi,

We've had recurring problems with Sage Drive. The symptom is a warning sign popping up at log in about QUEUE.DTA and then no one can get it. The resolution last time was to delete data from Sage Drive, stop running Sage Services and then delete all associated files and folders. Step by step instructions followed from Sage Support. Same problem now. I have followed the steps, but when trying to reconnect to Sage Drive, I get the message:

"The Sage ID service is currently unavailable and may be inaccessible for some time."

Help, I'm at my wit's end!

Sage drive has been problematic, If the Sage ID service is unavailable make sure your internet connection is working, wait a few hours and try again.

Personally, I disconnected from Sage drive within a couple of weeks and have not reconnected since.

Sage are working hard on it, there have been a lot of upgrades behind the scenes, the hybrid solution is novel and a very clever idea, whilst things are being sorted we need simple disconnect/reconnect/sync/resync switches.
