Hi all,

We have a problem when we attempt to 'Read Demand' within the MPS. I'm aware that this may be an accounts only forum but thought I'd give it a try as someone out there may have some ideas as to sorting this problem out.

Anyway, every time we attempt to 'Read Demand' we get the following error:-

The MPS Read Demand routine is already in progress (maybe on another computer). You cannot run the routine again until the other process finishes.

Obviously we know that no other machines are running the software so I'm guessing some flag in the software is set which won't allow us to run the routine again until it's cleared. Question is, how do we clear it?

Any help at all would be much appreciated. Also does anyone no who took ownership of Sage 50 Manufacturing if it still exists!

Sage 50 Manufacturing is still owned by Sage..

In File Maintenance there was an option to Reset the in progress flag.

I think you may have to "check data" first.

Thank you brucedenney, you hit the nail on the head. How we missed that I have no idea but all is working as it should now.
