From previous visit on the forum, i was able to create a dispatch note layout that list each of BOM items instead of the the parent item. Obviously it help picking and dispatching process.

We are now need the csv file for data feed to different system. but export from the same report always duplicate the last item on the order. I spend a lot of time but couldn't find the cause of it.

You are going to have issues trying to do this.

The report designer is not the way I would do this.
