Hi

This is my first time using Sage, I just wanted to know if there's a way to edit the text of a specific product code on the invoices, I want anything written in the description of special product code 'M' to be underlined or in bold but I don't want the descriptions of other product codes to be effected, any suggestions?

S1 S2 and S3 are the special product codes that allow you to type anything you like.

S3 is a service items that can have paragraphs of Text
S1 is a standard product item with standard tax code
S1 is a standard product item with zero rated tax code

You can use conditional formatting on the Invoice layout to underline text based on an expression, so for example where there is no corresponding product cod e(ie M S1,S2 or S3) then print with an underline.

Not really sure what you want. Could you give an example.
