Good day,

We are having issues with data corruption and support have advised us to follow their Article Number
12122 to exclude files and folders from the Anti Virus.

We are having problems working out how to add these exclusions to AVG and hoped that someone could assist, particularly with regard to adding for example

*.report
*.layout
*.letter
*.label

and also not understanding regarding criteria files ?

Are you using the free version of AVG?
What operating system are you using?

Hi,

No its not the free version they use and the clients are all on Windows 7 - Data is on server which has Server 2012 R2 Essentials.
