Hi All,

I have followed the Clear Audit Trail process to remove transactions prior to 30/11/2013. I have run the same parameters for Clear Stock.

I have compressed data, re-indexed data and checked data.

I've run these options as both my own username and as the MANAGER default master admin.

Yet our Sales Orders are still listing all the way back to 2007....

Please tell me this isn't a glitch and that I really don't have to click on the 50,000 transactions and mass delete them?

Any ideas???

Clearing the Audit trail only clears the Audit trail.

If you want to delete old sales order, purchase orders, invoices then use a search/filter to find and select them, then press delete.
