Transaction Email

Post by zonkolooney » 22 May 2015, 11:52

Hi Bruce.

I am running Sage Line 50 15.01.20.0191 in 64 Bit Programs on Windows 7.
When I try to activate Transaction eMail I get the following: "Sage Transaction eMail failed to initialise. See the application log for further details".

As usual - I am open to ANY of your helpful suggestions.

Thanks in advance.
Peter

Hi Bruce - I'm afraid I don't know how to find that out.

Please explain the procedure if you could.

The "event log" within sage has no mention of it even when I lower the reporting down to "warnings".
Thanks
Peter.

If you go to control panel in windows, event viewer and application you should be able to find some entries relating to it.
