There is no problem with using the program untill I do a bank reconcilliation.

I just did a bank reconcilliation and when i clicked "reconcile" I got a message as follows

" An unexpected program error [15] has been detected. The reconcilliation will now close without performing a reconcilliation and without saving your most recent changes.
Please restart Line 50 before continuing"


Have tried this a couple of time now and get the same message?

Program is Sage Line 50 Financial Controller Ver 12.00. 0018

Have been using the program for a number of years!

Any help to sort this out would be appreciated.

Hi Antonio

Sage generates a PDF archive report when you bank reconcile automatically, and I suspect this is the issue.

Can you export a report to PDF to check that the PDF drivers are working properly.
