Is it just the invoice, can you email other reports without problems?
Is Outlook set to be the default email client?

Have you applied all the patches and updates from the Sage website for Version 12?

This problem is still occurring
No haven't applied the new patches as the problem is only on one PC and emailing is working fine on all other PCs so the current version of Sage doesn't seem to be the problem.
Have you any other ideas ?
Have searched and searched for an answer so any more help would be gratefully appreciated.

It could be an issue with some configurations that is resolved by a patch, I would always start by applying all patches.
The other thing to do is to uninstall and reinstall outlook.

What happened on the 3 computer that have now got the problem?
Have you applied any o/s updates etc....?
There must be a common cause...
the most common cause of this is that Outlook is not set as the default.
Please check your internet setting in control panel

Cannot find any common cause
Some have Windows XP SP 1 others SP2
Some have Outlook 2003, 2002 and even 2007
Only common item is Sage v 12 Update 70

Are you absolutely sure that Outlook is set as the default mail program in your internet settings?
