sage transaction email is logged in on machine sage_t-email
I am also unable to do do any maintance as well
any help

delete / rename the queue.dta file in the accdata folder (backup copy data first)

thanks deleting all queue.dta worked

I have the same problem as this thread .. I am unable to take a backup as I get the same warning when attempting to do so ... how critical is it to take a backup or can you advise an alternative work around?

It is CRITICAL that you take backups. The vast majority of businesses suffering a severe data loss are bankrupt within 6 months, it is that bad.
Err that looks like an invalid version of Sage 50... 2015 has not been released. Perhaps you are looking at the wrong product.
