Report designer layouts

I have designed an invoice layout in report designer and saved it but cannot get the layout to appear when trying to print an invoice. Can you help?
Sage V12.00.0018 Windows 7 pro

Make sure the layout is saved in the layouts folder. Company.xxxx/layouts with the layouts extension. If the report is required across a network make sure the Sage on the pc that requires the report is setup to look in the location where the file is stored. (locally or on the server.)

As this is a layout it will always be stored in the layout directory in the data path.
Reports can be either in the reports directory in the data path or in the local directory depending on the setting in company settings.
