Sage 50 Accounts Upgrade from v18 to v19

Hi,

I have installed the Sage 50 accounts software onto our server which has worked fine, however when I try to upgrade the data I get an endless error stating the QUEUE.DTA is in use, please wait until the file is available. I have tried to rename and delete the file from the Sage share but it just re-creates it. I have double checked and all users are logged out of the system, is there anything else this could be?

Thanks

Reboot to clear all file locks to start with.

What version are you updating to / from?

This is on the server?

Hi,

Upgrading from v18 Sage Accounts 50 to v19 Sage account 50. The server has been rebooted (SBS 2003) but the problem remains :(

Cheers

In that case, I suspect it may be a permissions issue.

Check that all users have FULL access not just red/write.

Try deleting/creating a file in the directory to be sure.
