Supplier records

I am unable to look at a supplier record, when I go into one it is just blank. I can view activity by highlighting the supplier and clicking on activity at the top, but that's it. I have tried reinstalling Sage but makes no difference. Any help appreciated!

If you click on the drop down list and reselect the supplier, do the record details become visible?
Are you on Version 12.01.0070?
If not you are missing an update / patch.

Yes I can select and find details now! What a palava!! Before I just double clicked on customer/supplier and it bought up their records, much quicker! At least there's not a problem with my software/laptop/me(!) and I can continue on my way, albeit making the process slower by having to do this to every supplier to update details!! Thank you very much!

If you apply the patches to get to the latest version I think it should work as before.
