Wonder if anyone can help solve this issue.

When a user goes into a product or customer record, the record window opens along with an explorer window with a file address for the attachment folder. It happens whether it has a memo attachment or not, but I would like to stop the file explorer window from opening.


Any ideas?

Does this happen on all installations or just one PC?

Does this happen if you open a customer record in the Demo Data?

This happens on all installlations.

Any ideas to the cause, I cannot try with the demo data as it is not currently avaiable.

Bit more information now, using the demo data it will open an explorer folder when going into a customer record and product record.

It only does this on certain machines, not user linked. A user could change computer and it wouldn't have this problem.

I suspect those machines that exhibit this behaviour have something external to sage configured to create that behaviour.

A macro perhaps?
