No More Users Can Login At Present

Afternoon

We have just purchased and installed another copy of Sage 2013 onto a computer that previously did not have it, putting the total up to 4 computers with Sage.

However, upon trying to log in with all 4 computers at once, we are receiving this error message.

Surely this cannot be a licensing issue, as we have just purchased another copy for use.

Would anyone have any suggestions as to a solution for this?

Thanks in advance.

You can install Sage on as many computers as you like, you do not need a licence for each PC, you only need licences for the number of concurrent users.

When you upgrade you just get a new key code. The key code has to be entered on EVERY workstation.

If the fourth person to login is on the fourth workstation (the one with the new code) it will log in fine.

You need the new key code on ALL the workstations and then whichever workstation is the fourth to log in will still work.

P.S. I offer discounts on Sage all sage 50 products, licensing, upgrades etc.

Thanks for that.

How would I go about putting the new key code on all the computers?

On each workstation open Sage 50 accounts and go to Tools>Upgrade program and enter the new activation key.
