Hello

I would like to add more information onto a product listing, to show in an invoice.

It will not all fit in the product code / description, but isn't War and Peace - it's just perhaps 80 characters, ideally on 2 lines.

The comments fields seem ideal for this, I can access them in an invoice when I have selected a product, but I cannot seem to find a way to add this amount of info into the product itself.

Any pointers or assistance would be greatfully received!

I thought you'd have this sussed Bruce - am I asking something simply not possible?

Perhaps I could get these extra lines into a BOM?

You could use any of the fields in the product record to put in additional text and then print that in the invoice/delivery note or whatever...

"Web Description" is a field with room for a short story.
