I just went to print out recurring monthly invoices which are all product invoices. However, the product description is missing when I print the invoices out. I am having no such issues with the service invoices. I'm not sure where to look to sort this problem out, can you help please.

There are 2 sections in the layout.

One is for service items which use the "Text" field and one is for Product items which use the field "Description"

These are set up to conditionally print depending on the type of item.

I suspect that someone has changed something to break this. altered the filter, changed both fields to "Text"

If you want to attach the layout to a post I can let you know what the exact issue is.

Do you have any idea what else could be causing the problem?

Data corruption? Do you get any errors when you run check data?

Perhaps you uploaded a wrong layout?

Do the standard layouts work?
